WANTED Contracts Manager

Following our recent success in winning some High Profile housing association and council, digital upgrade contracts. Commercial Television Systems is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager.

The successfull applicant will be responsible for all aspects of coordinating communal digital aerial upgrades for registered social landlords. This will include managing teams of engineers, controlling stock levels, creating installation schedules, client and tenant liaison, site inspections and managing computer databases.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Managing Teams of Engineers – Ensuring each vehicle achieves its targets by operating efficiently, effectively and safely. Keep control of stock levels on vehicles and stores, to ensure that no time is lost over missing parts. Ensure the efficient use of stock with the minimum of wastage. Provide product support and system design to engineers where required.

2. Creating Installation Schedules – Develop installation plans based around client’s timescales, allocating sites to vehicles, ensuring tenant letters are sent, monitoring installation times and collating completed paperwork for invoicing. Manage service and maintenance contracts for clients, including the scheduling of works for the dedicated service and maintenance vehicles.

3. Client and Tenant Liaison – Managing progress meetings with clients, hosting tenant liaison meetings, providing customer service support to tenants, monitoring and acting upon customer service questionnaires for Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

4. Site Inspections – Attend sites to provide installation support, undertake Health and Safety inspections, ensure the high standards of quality are maintained and sign-off completed sites.

5. Computer Databases – Manage and update customer and client databases to ensure accurate information is available for financial control and KPI submission.

6. Provide regular progress reports to the Board of Directors.

7. Ensure that all customers receive high standards of service and customer care at all times. This includes a high standard of conduct, personal appearance and hygiene.

8. Take an active involvement in training and other learning experiences and to ensure that knowledge gained is utilized to the full. To also impart knowledge to other members of staff as and when required and to encourage their learning and progression within the company.
