Fusion 21 awards housing contract
16 January 2007
Commercial Television Systems has been awarded a contract through Fusion 21 to upgrade thousands of aerial points to digital in the Midlands and Yorkshire region.
Fusion 21 is an organisation which works alongside housing associations and councils to provide partnership solutions in construction and procurement. The Digital TV project is UK wide, involves a large proportion of housing associations and a sect group of installers.
As a contractor, CTS will be upgrading communal TV systems to work with digital Freeview and Sky in lieu of the UK wide digital switchover beginning in 2007.
Andrew Robinson – Director at Commercial Television Systems, said:
“We have all worked very hard to develop a business which can perform at the highest level and provide a quality service to match. Being awarded this prestigious contact is a real boost to our company. Working with Fusion 21 and the housing associations which form the partnership is a reflection of the high standards we are able to achieve.”
It is expected the contract will provide Commercial Television Systems with over four years worth of work.
