CTS achieve Investors in People (IiP) status

Commercial Television Systems (CTS) is proud to announce that on 26th October 2006 we have been officially accredited with Investors in People standard.
Investors in People is an industry standard mark which will support CTS in becoming more competitive by developing and supporting best practice and demonstrating what is needed to work at world class levels.
The programme provides a flexible framework that delivers continued and measurable business improvement through people. The framework delivers a competitive advantage, which is crucial to surviving in today’s challenging business world.

Research conducted amongst Investor in People organisations has shown that 80 per cent have increased levels of customer satisfaction and 70 per cent have improved their productivity.

• Action to assure relevant steps are taken to meet training and development needs
• Evaluation to measure the outcomes of learning and development for individuals and the organisation.
